Peshawar (KikxNow) Peshawar High court refused bail to one Affaq, who present himself belonging to Muslim, but in actual is belonging to Qadyani group. The Affaq kept didn’t reveal his identity and had entered in to marriage with a Sunni girl in Peshawar.
The bail petition was heard by Mr. Justice Qaiser Rasheed today on Monday. According to the petitioner lawyer Razat Ul Haq, the accused belongs to village Sheikh Mohammadi at Kohat Road, Peshawar and contracted marriage with a Sunni girl Namely Koman Bibi, while their Nikah was solemnized on 2st Sep, 2019. Later, when Affaq disclose to her alleged wife that not only Affaq, but his entire family belongs to Qadyani Group. Upon his disclosure Mst Koman Bibi submit an application to the local Police, accusing Affaq Ahmad for fraud, concealment of identity and Zina. The Police logged FiR No. 199, dated April 4th, 2020 U/S 298C, 493A of PPC in police station Abdul Hameed Shaheed ShabQadar was registered against accused.
The accused file bail application before the honorable Hugh Court, which was rejected but Mr. Justice Qaiser Rasheed Khan the accused was sent prison.
